Stomach Pain and Vomiting

I've not ever posted before on this site in any capacity, but I'm just not feeling well and was hopeful I could use the forum to gain some insight. I have severe pain under my bra line (started about 4 hours ago) and came home from work only to violently vomit the minute I walked in the door. Anything, in particular, about which I should be concerned?
