2WW Testing Aug 21st

TTC our first child and we had a our first iui on Aug 7th waiting to test on Aug 21st. I'm trying to remain positive and not anxious. I do not have any symptoms of pregnancy. Has anyone else experience the same thing? We have unknown infertility and we had one egg on each side that seemed ready and my hubby supplied 81 million sperm after cleaning. What are our chances and should I be feeling something after 8 days?
