I was exactly in your same position. We miscarried in October.  Ive been faithfully using glow, ovulation tests and basal body temp with no success. I met with my OB GYN a month ago to see what was taking so long (my previous pregnancies only took one month of trying) and she recommended a few things: use pre seed, no sex until your fertile window or when you see the positive OPK and once you see the positive OPK then have sex 3 days in a row followed by every other day for another few days or so. And lastly, she said to have your orgasm AFTER he finishes his.  We followed all of her advice and got our BFP this past weekend!!! Good luck!

My midwife told us to stop having sex every day in order to build speed count and quality back up. She recommended doing it every other day during the fertile week.

We also lost a baby in October and just found out we are expecting again! We had trouble until I started using the clearblue advanced digital ovulation test as well as Preseed lubricant. I realized I wasn't producing enough fertile mucous to help the sperm get where they needed. The Preseed was created to help sperm get to the egg. With the ovulation test, There is a blinking smiley face for high fertility (estrogen peaks) and a solid smiley at peak fertility (ovulation day). I did two a day during my fertile week. I had four high fertility days before peak fertility. We had sex on the first peak fertile day and then as soon as I got a peak fertile day.

I personally have problems with ectopic pregnancies, BUT... I've been looking into natural ways of conceiving and what can increase fertility. I came across castor oil packs. Apparently if you use them for 30-40mins 2-3 times towards the end of your period leading up to ovulation it helps clear your tubes (which increase fertility). You should look it up. I'm going to order it soon. I just had surgery for ectopic last week, so I can't use it yet, but I can't wait till I can!
