Left breast producing 1/3 of that to right breast??

Question

My left breast is producing WAY less than my right.
I had nipple piercings previously, would this have caused the issue?
My right breast squirts milk whereas my left just dribbles. It produces 1/3 or less compared to my right breast... is there anyway to fix it? 
I've been breastfeeding for just over a week now.

Sometimes that's just how your body works. Typically though, between the two breasts, your body should be making plenty of milk for baby. Or your breast might be a little slower at the milk coming. Give it time and pump regularly to stimulate production but as long as baby is getting enough to eat, you have nothing to worry about.

I was the same way and it was never a problem for my LO. My left even dried up when my LO was one and she is now 17 months and still nursing only from my right side
