Can dogs sense pregnancy?

This might be my mind playing tricks. Yesterday I thought I dropped something on my shirt cause my puppy kept smelling and licking my stomach. Then today I get home from work change my clothes and both my dogs are doing it. Anyone have this happen and end up finding out they are pregnant?

One of my recent pregnancies my dog kept sniffing my crotch. I couldn't figure out why and after I got my bfp it made sense. My next pregnancy the scent was old news and she didn't care.

Dogs can smell cancer so I don't think it's out of the question that they can smell other changes in the body.

yes.  my husbands dog stays in a pen outside.  the top of the pen is about shoulder height to me.  whenever i go to pet her, she ALWAYS puts her front paws up on the top of the pen and stays there until i walk away.  one day (in the beginning of july) she would not stay up so i could pet her. she kept getting down and sniffing my stomach.  she had never done that before (and has not done it since).  i took a test later that night, at midnight, and it was a clear positive. and 3 days before af was due too. (side note" my sis in law also sent me a pic of my bro holding a positive test about an hour after the dog thing...so i had an extra sign😆).    so YES!!!  dogs can know before we do. it happened to me!!!
