Mucus plug? (Photo)

I've posted this multiple times but I'm freaking out. This is the color of my discharge after wiping and in the toilet there was some pieces of my plug. Is this normal? Please help. I'm 31 weeks.

You can lose your mucus plug multiple times it regrows. I lost mine 2 times with my daughter. Don't take a bath because of infection risk and I would call your doctor just to give a heads up though because mine wasn't bloody ever.

I lost mine at 30 weeks and it. Have blood in it and I went to the doctor and he checked me and I am already starting to thin out and the babies head is down there haven't dilated yet just thinning out now I'm 31 weeks
