Keto diet
So, a friend of mine recommended the keto diet to me and I've been doing it for 2 weeks. I've cheated 3 times 😂 I get so bummed because I feel like super restricted. I really love carbs :( I'm 230lbs and 5'2 so I absolutely have to lose weight. I do weight lifting and interval training on the treadmill and have been at it for a little over a month. I have lost 6lbs since starting keto but I feel like I'm gonna lose my f**king mind. Should I stop the diet?
