Anyone use preseed and got a BFP?

Ive read a lot of stories about preseed and getting pregnant. So I am trying it to see if i will get my BFP. Been ttc for 3 years now.

I tried it just once and now I'm late a week but got a neg test...feel really bloated tired and eating a lot but let's see what happens
