Maca Root?

Question

Has anyone had any luck with Maca root bringing on your period? I've been without one since I got off of the Nuvaring 11 months ago (September 11).

I was on maca capsules for over 3 months and it didn't do a thing for me. Vitex only gave me one period and I took it for 6 months. But I hear it helps many so I think I'm just one of the rare ones :(. I'm literally doing everything to bring on my period and nothing. My doctor just increased my metformin so hope that helps and I have an acupuncture appointment next week to see if that helps!

I heard about vitex,help with that,but don't know about maca,I heard it helps with hormone balance, and progesterone levels..
