What time of day to take OPKs

What time of day do you take the ovulation tests? The box said morning is fine but everything else I've read says not to take it in the morning but that afternoon is best. What time does everyone take theirs?

I do my testing in the morning because my test says you should not pee four hours before testing. So that time works for me. I have still been able to detect my LH surge.

Usually best to test two times a day late morning and early evening. Doing this I was able to pinpoint my ovulations were in the evening.

Most brands push using FMU. However, lots of women test twice a day once they think they are supposed to be ovulating (pink line gets darker, flashing smiley face) just to make sure they don't miss their LH surge.

It can be annoying, but OPKs can be super helpful sometimes.
