My daughter is 11 weeks old and she always relies on me to rock her to sleep every time she needs a nap, I know this is my fault for getting her into the habit but it's really getting to me recently. I can't get anything done as she won't go in her crib or baby swing so she's constantly sleeping on me. When I rock her she literally screams and cries, spits her dummy out, kicks her legs and goes red in the face.

What can I do to get her out of the habit?? as she's getting heavy and my arms and back are starting to hurt.
