Pushy Doctor, wants me to do IVF over iui

TTC for over a year was on 150 gonal F and trigger shot back to back IUI tues and WED before I leave the exam room doctor tells me you should try IVF next time like he just knew that the iui is not going to work for me. I specifically told the doctor about 3-4 times that my insurance doesn't cover and I'm not able to pay for an IVF. I'm a bit upset because it's like he just wants my money and no encouragement at all for the IUI not sure how I should take this! Cause now I feel like I might not conceive unless I do IVF does anyone experience this and how did you handle it?
