Healthy on the go breakfast??

I'm looking for healthy ideas for breakfast that my 1 year old can eat on the way to daycare. I got her gerber graduates breakfast bars but after googling them it seems they are not that healthy. Also looking for quick dinner/lunch ideas for when we are in a hurry
