IUI help please

I took letrozole day 3-7z I'm cycle day 9. I go to the doctor tomorrow to check follicle size.should we have sex tonight? <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> probably won't happen until day 13/14. I feel like I'm stressing myself out. Idk what the "sex schedule" is when doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a>. I'll definitely ask my doctor but I wanted to see what you ladies suggest
