After giving birth, 7 weeks ago and trying different kinds of position in breastfeeding, the most comfortable is both my girl and I lying down on our sides and more sleep for me (yey) for the past week and days, now my arms hurt and feels like its numb. My finger hurts and feels powerless and no strength at all it moves in different fingers, now my thumb is bothering me. I cant even squeeze a bottle i tried but my thumb tends to bend side by its own.

Is this normal? anyone experienced this? any medications for this? i tried tylenol and ibuprofen still not working 😫😫😫
