So I've seen posts about your uterus coming up past your pelvic bone, is that right? How would you know if this happened, just by showing or something else?

By 38 weeks your uterus is going to stretch all the way up to the bottom of your rib cage. So yes it's true that it moves out of your pelvis. If you know what to feel for, you can feel the top of the uterus as it grows. Other than that you will tell it's growing as you start to show.
