Hip pain
Does anyone have any tips for this hip pain 😭😭 I can't sleep, cant sit even walking can hurt!! I've used an exercise ball, I do stretches, ive tried heating and cooling pads and Tylenol and I wake up every morning in tears because I can't freaking move it hurts so badly. Trying to sleep (which is rare enough) but it's impossible! 33 weeks and SO DONE 😭
