What form of childcare do you use?

What are the pros and cons? I'm looking from switching from nanny to home day care.

My son was in home day card and I LOVED IT!! Where I live only 2 children under age 2 were allowed and 4 children from ages 2-4. 
He learned soooo much and went to preschool at age 3 very advanced. 
Sadly she's closed and my mom will watch my baby until he's 1 and then he will go to home daycare for social interaction for other babies. 
I'm anti centers because there are more children per adult ratio.

I like the social aspect of a day care/school. Also, more eyes around. I was always nervous for one person to be around my little one with nobody else watching.

I used a nanny and she was very unreliable, so I switched to a traditional daycare and they were just great!

Pros of traditional daycare:
- Tend to be meticulous about following instructions given
- There's accountability
- Possibly cheaper than a nanny
- Baby gets to socialize
Con:
- Child does not receive one-on-one attention
- Teachers can be less compassionate

I slipped and hit nanny but I use a family member.

I like the structure and socialization of a traditional day care.
