Don't have to pee a lot?...

Why do women have to pee a lot during pregnancy? Does it have to do with the baby's position? my little boy sits very low and I figured he'd be sitting right on top of my bladder but I have no change in the amount of times I use the bathroom every day. maybe I don't drink enough water?

My baby is constantly on my bladder. I also drink a TON of water, probably 140oz a day.

I noticted I wasn't peeing much either and then about a week ago I started to have to go more and more and I didn't start drinking more

I drink absolutely no water and I have to pee ALL the time, pregnant or not. But it started after my first baby.

I did a lot early, then not much more in my second trimester, but after about 30 weeks it's gotten tough. I don't even need to pee all the time, but when she rolls and squishes my bladder it feels like I do.

I think its us processing more than we would like we have twice as much as everything for our baby like blood and water and vitamins etc 
So if you're not peeing id say yes you definitely need to drink more water even if you're not showing symptoms of dehydration you can still be dehydrated. That can be lofe threatening for both of you.
