Any tips on how to calm down anxiety???

It's really freaking me out and by it's I don't know what it is either

get a paper bag and breathe in and out with it.. Christmas music helps and soft music on youtube... if it's bad then see a doctor for help. I know how you feeel , i have anxiety too and it ain't pretty i usually take pills to calm down or take a warm hot bath and drink some wine... Yoga helps too. try meditating.
