Please help

I need help, I've been with my boyfriend for a couple of years now and we have a house and two dogs together. He's been very distant lately and our sex life SUCKS. I know he's never cheat so that's not in the question but I feel like we're not as close. I love him so much but I feel like if we get our sex life back on track then maybe we will be closer? I'm sleeping in our bed tonight and he fell asleep downstairs . It sucks please help. I don't have a lot of friends so this is the only women talk I get
