Extreme hunger sign of pregnancy?

Just finished ovulation and I am eating everything in sight. I'm so hungry. Very unlike me. Is this an early sign of pregnancy? (Not PMS- period is week and a half away)

idk about you but right before I get my period I don't eat the much I'm kinda turned off from food and I'll eat maybe once a day but man nothing seems to satisfy this taste I have and nothing I eat is good

You wouldn't have any symptoms if you just ovulated not to long ago. And you could get af symptoms early many females do including me.
