Am I pregnant?😰

My period is 9days late.. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative.. I feel like slightly pmsing.. I have cramps sometimes.. and my breasts are slightly sore..I didn't really have sex but my bc fingered me and maybe there was a little sperm on his finger(from my throat after I sucked him and I swallowed..).. Can I be pregnant? .. I am extra scared.
