How long after Delivery can I start skipping?
I am a FTM to an 8 weeks old. M getting over weight now as I ate much these days(breastfeeding turned me into a food monster 😂😜).
Now I really want to start exercising and skipping but I've heard people say skipping must be avoided at this period.
Is there anybody who knows about it? What do you suggest... should I start skipping or its gonna have trouble for me??
