One. You have the fetus/fetal pole and then the yolk sac. It can look like 2 but chances are it's only one.

Whoever did your scan would've told you. My scan had 2 shapes inside but one was the baby and the other was the yolk sac

Sorry I should clarify, I mean like identical twins. See the 2 spots inside the sac? Why is there 2 ?

We didn't look at the other spot next to it, she was just referencing the more prominent circle. 
I'm only 5w2d, we go back in 2 weeks
