Af or.....?

So af is due either tomorrow or Saturday. I havent had any signs that I usually do other than one. Last night I had boob pain on my left side and this morning it's on my right. I was fatigued for a few days(like tired beyond means), ive felt like I'm running a fever when I'm not but, had some light cramps around 9-10 dpo but my cm is lotion like or the clear stretchy kind and not a lot of it. Does this sound like AF? Or dare I say a BFP to come?
