is there any differance  when doing a test threw the day or should i do it in the morning causes I keep getting negatives xx help

People recommend the morning because your urine won't be too diluted. You can test at any point of the day, but make sure you havent been chugging water or peeing too often, because it could be too diluted. If testing throughout the day, don't pee for at least 4 hours before you take a test. Good luck.
