Hi All...so I have irregular periods 😔 TTC #1 and was taking pregnacare pre conception but didn't feel good on it at all so have made the decision to come off and take folic aside and zinc instead. I really want to conceive now 😔 doctors app is booked to see why I'm getting no periods and before you ask...I have tested and got negative tests 😔 not morning wee but still it would show up by now surely! Anyhow...I've bought ovulation tests and would like to know when the best time to test them is? Considering I don't know when my period will come, also what time of the day is best to test? Do I have BD on that day or after? Thanks all 😊😊
