so im just realizing this but yesterday morning i got urge to go pee but i have a habit of just holding it in. about 20 mins later i did go pee & i jumped right into the shower after. but once i got out the shower i had the urge to pee again. then an hour later i needed to pee again & i actually did. there's no pain or anything though. this morning at about 5am i had to pee & it's super weird for me to wake up at that time to use the bathroom. & now i have the feeling of needing to pee. i have a doctors appointment today so i will definitely bring it up, but this isn't the first time that i'm going through this
