So I've been ttc for almost 2 years now with no success, clomid didn't work for me and after lots of research I stumbled upon this herbal supplement called vitex which had nothing but positive reviews. (Many women got their bfps within the first cycle of using it while it took others 2-3 cycles) My cycles are pretty irregular. I started provera last week to jumpstart af and I'm still waiting for it to actually come on. For those of you who have tried vitex and have been successful on it, when during your cycle did you take it?
