A little tmi but I've been paranoid all day.. I've been on the pill for 1 month, last night I took the first pill of the new pack and the regular time I always have, and then a little over an hour later I got sick and had diarrhea.

I'm nervous it didn't digest in to my system. In a perfect user. Never missed a pill and take it at exactly 10:30 every night. Should I use a condom for the next week or month to be safe or am I okay?
