I don't want to kiss my boyfriend anymore

So I've been with my boyfriend for almost 14 months and we've been through A LOT of shit. I loved kissing him. We could have 15 minute makeout sessions. We broke up after 7 months of dating because he hurt me really bad whether it was cheating, sneaking out to parties and not telling me, smoking behind my back ect. After we got back together two months later I hated a lot of things that I used to love. I hated the cologne he wore, the names we called each other, and kissing him. I still to this day avoid kissing him and I don't know why. I love him and we still have sex. But if he tries to kiss me I turn my head to avoid it so he just kisses my neck. Is there something wrong with me? Why is this still happening? I just need help understanding.
