I'm waiting on a call back from doctor now... but I believe I concieved the week of July 20th ... the week after I believe I concieved I started feeling very sick to my stomach... so I took a pregnancy test which I'll post a pic of as well that camr back a faint positive... I was almost 1 weeks late on my period... I had my period July 5th too like the 10th and now it's august and I started on the 13th and it was very heavy for about 3 days and now I'm not bleeding???? I went to hospital last week for a blood test too tell and they said it came back a 3 which ment it was to early to tell still I guess but she didn't tell me I wasn't pregnant that I was showing signs of pregnancy and with the blood test coming back a 3 it's right on

the border of pregant.... I'm lost and don't know what to do or think it's my first pregnancy did I miscarriage was i even pregnant ? someon3 plz help?
