No symptoms!

I'm 6weeks pregnant according to my LMP but I don't have an ultrasound for another two weeks. I'm getting nervous bc I'm not having any symptoms. Am I the only one?? This is my 2nd pregnancy...and with my first son I was nauseous & had a headache every single day until about 13weeks. The only thing I've had is shortness of breath and I did have some lower back pain before I missed my period but that went away. Can any of you ladies relate? Have you thought to yourself that you want to feel sick just to be reassured that you're still pregnant??
