How do I get my ex back . That I love so dearly from the bottom of my heart .

Because the move on was quick and I really honestly think they moved on from loneliness and hurt but that person not really for them

I would like to work it out with my ex .

We was together 3 in a half years . I know they still love me and miss me and want to be with me but don't know how to express it ..
