I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure if I'm just backed up or what is going on but I'm having so aching pains below my little one. Like right above my pubic bone, but it's not my stomach(if that makes any since). It started on my right side and it hasn't stopped since this morning, it's just getting worse it seems. :( I can't lay down without it starting again. I feel like I'm backed up bc I'm pooping like crazy and anytime I feel comfortable in on the toilet. 😂😂

My little one is moving around and everything. I had my ultrasound this morning so. I know she's doing well, but I'm just wondering about the pain I'm feeling??? Any suggestions?
