Work or no work?

Okay I can't decide what to do. I am a cosmetologist and before having a baby I was working at a great clips for min wage and had to drive an hour for work. Im 5 weeks pp. my husband told me I didn't have to go back to work until baby was around a year old so she wouldn't have to be with someone else. Well money is super tight we have enough money to pay our bills thats it. Nothing extra. I really don't want to find a job because I love being with my baby. But god I hate us not having much money. It stresses me out majorly. I have applied at tons of places but haven't heard anything back from any place. There isn't A lot of places to work especially for cosmetology and my husband said I couldn't go further than 20 miles and has to be more than min wage. So I have no idea how to find anything. Would you go back to work or would you just take as much time as you could?
