Lol actually just picked up that book at the library a few days ago! Anywho, yes I get tons of lower back pain during ovulation and my period cramps are also in my back. However during ovulation I only have pain on one side and near my waist in my uterus. Last night I was experiencing this and took an opk and found out I was ovulating. Before I just suspected that I was. So I took a test and I was correct
