Intense contractions 9 days after birth
I gave birth 9 days ago and tonight all of a sudden I feel the most intense contraction like cramp very low down and also causing a fair amount of pain in my vagina. I'm recovering from a second degree tear and stitches and I'm worried something is not right as on a scale of 1-10 it's around an 8 and close to how i felt close to actually giving birth. Please help ...
