First time using OPK's

this is my first time using OPK's and tracking CM. AF arrived 8/6 I am CD12 Glow predicts ovulation to begin today.. I know glow can be wrong, but symptoms of ovulating have been on point; CM (egg whites), sore boobs etc.. but all tests so far have been negative. So confused on what to think!
