PLEASE HELP! Im 23. I've had severe allergies and asthma my whole life. They are horrible together. Everytime i sneeze it doesn't stop with 1 or 2 it doesnt even stop with 6 or 7, i sneeze repeatedly. If. I sneeze enough times i get the coughs really bad. Well guess what...I'd say there's a 50/50 chance that when i sneeze or cough a spirt of pee will come out...it's so humiliating! I don't usually go out when im not feeling well and having more days where im sick than when im not makes me a hermit. I CAN NOT, WILL NOT DO DIAPERS!! I usually use pads but do any of you guys know anything i can try that can help in ANY way

! I'm sick of the constant problem. P.S. I do kegals so being "loose" isnt the problem.
