does anyone else have metal or sour taste?

I read on a forum to add a teaspoon of baking soda to a cup of water and gargle it. EVERYTHING I eat leaves a gross sour taste in my mouth when I'm done, brushing and mouthwash only helps momentarily. Haven't tried the baking soda yet, but I plan to, sounds like it works well.

I'm pretty sure that's typical of needing some extra vitamins/minerals. 🙂 I usually need to boost my iron when things taste like metal or blood to me.

I'm just using non alcohol listerine frequently and it helps!
