So I'm 16 and I'm going to my first appointment in a few weeks and I don't really know what to expect. It's for birth control, so there wouldn't be any internal exams.

Buttttttt I've been having pain in my ovaries for like 15 days, (maybe ovarian cysts??) and I'll bring it up when I go, but are they going to need to do an internal exam for that, or like, see my vagina? Are they gonna need to see my vagina just going on birth control??

Also I have been sexually active, will that change anything??
