Being Healthier??
I know people tell you to be healthy and improve yourself for yourself, but I've found a lot of motivation in doing things for others that I care about so I've decided that I'm going to get back on track with my health and whatnot after classes start to surprise my partner when I visit him in December. I'm still working on logistics and whatnot, but any tips/help would be great! 💞
