Wondering about Symptoms

I would usually never post, but can you notice symptoms soon after conception. I've been nauseous for a week now, have had headaches and been dizzy. The possible dates of conception would be 5 days or 1 day before I started feeling like this. The first date seems unlikely because it was 2 days after my period ended. Although, I spotted for two days after that date. I'm just wondering if it is normal to possibly feel symptoms so close to possible conception dates. (Btw I'm on birth control and use condoms but my last month of birth control was screwy). Thanks in advance!
