Just dont no what to do :(

My last period was 30th march and had nothing since and no sign of one. My cm is like a milky colour and quite stretchy and has been since my last AF. 
​Test are negitive but waiting for doc appt. is it possible to be pregnant with no pregnancy signs and neg test.
