Help?

Never used tampons before, only pads. Wanted to get a cup bc pads r too risky 😂😬 I have no clue what sorta cervix I've got, or how to find out... help?

Answer

First: wash your hands
Second: take your longest finger and insert it into your vagina when you're on your period 
(Your cervix feels like the tip of your nose or a marble with an indent)
If you can reach it at your first knuckle you have a really low cervix 
2nd knuckle low 
3rd medium
Can't reach it you have a really high cervix and you should get a cup with a long body or a long stem 
Once you figure out where your cervix is I recommend taking the quiz at putacupinit.com it'll give you a few cup suggestions

I'd default to a smaller size cup 
Odds are that it'll be fine. I use a Diva cup size 1

From what I've read the two categories tend to be "pre-pregnancy" or "post-pregnancy"... unless they get more specific and I'm not aware
