Why do body basal temp raises ? I went from 98.69 to 99.05 and I feel like crap and I'm

tired my boobs are sore and full ....does it raise when you're getting your period because I'm 7dpo

BBT rises and falls naturally with your cycle. For the most accurate reading, take your temperature first thing when you wake up before you even get out of bed. It typically fall approaching ovulation and then shoot up after ovulation occurs then fall again approaching your period. If it stays elevated after ovulation, it may be an indication of pregnancy. Every woman's cycles and bbt will vary, so you have to get to know yours and look for patterns as you track.
