Make up help

I need tips how to do my eye makeup. My eye lids like barely show, I know it looks more like it in the picture. And my eyebrows are just like really close to my eyes. I never really know how to do my eye makeup right and what colors to use besides browns&pink.; Second I need help with just face makeup. Like highlight and contouring, how to bled it right. And what's good to use. I really wish I could spend the money on really good makeup but I can't so I need the best drug store makeup.
