What do you eat during Pregnancy?

List down your breakfast, lunch & dinner menu along with snacks.

Im expecting twins, I'm 17 weeks, u never  really had any cravings with my other two pregnancies. This time I'm craving a few things, Im loving breakfast burritos, breakfast bowls, love egg salad sandwiches since I've been pregnant, not a big fan when I'm not pregnant. Been craving fruits a lot, cantaloupe, kiwi, honey dew, ect.

Basically everything I can get my hands on haha. But really. It depends on the day, how hungry I am, and what we have on hand, and what sounds good. These babies LOVE carbs so we eat a lot of bread, bagels, pasta, granola. I also eat a lot of full fat dairy (cheese, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chocolate whole milk) because my doctor wants me to gain more weight. I'm trying to incorporate more protein but meat grosses me out right now so I eat seeds, nuts, high quality peanut butter, etc. I try to make lots of fruit and vegetable smoothies and juices to keep me full and get my fruit and veggie servings in. I almost always have dried fruit on hand for a snack. I hope that helps :)
